Format

Each Web Host Boot Camp session is 40 minutes in length followed by a 10 minute Q&A session. Presenters should schedule 10 minutes before the beginning of their session for preparation and setup. Each session should begin with a brief introduction of no more than five minutes providing relevant details such as your name, company name, title, experience, education, etc.
Web Host Boot Camp will provide each presenter with the official Web Host Boot Camp Power Point template. All speakers will be required to use this template.

Pitch / Hard Sell Policy

In an effort to produce the highest quality conference, Web Host Boot Camp has a no pitch / hard sell policy. All speakers who are found to have violated this policy will not be asked to return for future Web Host Boot Camp conferences. If your session features a particular product or service offered by your company and its inclusion is necessary, you’ll be asked to clear your presentation with us first.

Content Modification

Web Host Boot Camp reserves the right to adjust or modify any presentation given at Web Host Boot Camp. We will do our best effort to provide the speaker with as much advanced notices as possible.

Recording

By submitting the Web Host Boot Camp 2015 Speaker Application you allow and assign Web Host Boot Camp a non-exclusive right to record, reproduce and distribute your session in full or partial length in electronic or hard copy form without liability, license or limitation.

Promotion

Web Host Boot Camp makes every effort to promote each session at Web Host Boot Camp to the fullest of our ability. We encourage speakers to do the same.
Speaker Biography. Web Host Boot Camp maintains a public bio for each speaker presenting a session at its conference. This bio will be linked wherever your name appears on the Web site. The speaker bio should include your picture, name, company name, title and a link to your Web site along with relevant education and work experience. The speaker bio should be roughly 300 – 400 words.

Speaker Application Submission Opens – January 1, 2015

Speakers selected for Web Host Boot Camp 2015 – March 11, 2015
Speaker Bio’s, Session Title and short/full Descriptions Due – March 25, 2015
Web Host Boot Camp 2015 Agenda Made Public – April 1, 2015
Completed Session Outline & Power Point Presentations due – April 30, 2015
